As described by the moonlight shining in the nighttime, the scene’s usual meaning of comfort is transformed by the light becoming a searchlight in the lyrics. In their eyes that light trying to uncover their feelings of loneliness and fear as they haven’t willingly agreed to share how they feel; they want to hide it all away. This description expresses the point in time when a person has not decided to talk about or reveal the things that pain them. Instead, they have hidden those fears deep within, resulting in pressure increasing inside their heart like a shaken soda bottle.

Stray Kids does not leave the song there, as they describe their choice of willingly revealing their struggles instead of fearing it being revealed against their will. The group frees themselves from bottling their feelings through their choice (the choice is described at the end of each chorus where they accept the sunlight shining down on them.)

Ultimately, the group’s lyrics in the song describe a lesson. A lesson that says a person shouldn’t hide their feeling of loneliness and fear. This is because the pain of hiding it can build pressure inside, leading to a loop of wanting to hide even more and becoming more hurt. The song also describes a message. A message which says that even if you’ve fallen into that loop, there is hope. The hope is that you can make the choice to look to the light, talk to someone, and willingly reveal your fears on your own terms; thus breaking the cycle and taking the journey to healing.
