For day 64 of analyzing a BTS song every day I decided to analyze the song, “Life Goes On” by BTS. This song is a lovely song that documents the moment that the world shut down during the pandemic and serves as a comforting reminder that no matter what we will continue to strive forward.

This message can be seen throughout the lyrics. One example is the line “One day, the world stopped / Without any warning” (Verse 1). This line expresses the universal feeling everyone felt when the world shut down due to the pandemic. I think it was very important and beautiful that BTS sung about this in their album as it offered comfort to the people who felt lost and hopeless durring that time.
