For day 65 of analyzing a BTS song every day until their concert in April, I decided to analyze the song, “THE STARS,” by BTS. This song expresses how a lot of things in life may go wrong, however we must still push forward and follow our dreams.

One of the examples of this narrative can be seen in verse 1 when Suga raps, “Even if there are times when you feel discouraged, it’s not meaningless.” These kind of lyrics hold an incredibly important message that many need to hear. A message that it is important to know that no matter what happens, even if the struggle feels as if there is no meaning to it, we must strive forward as there is meaning in the end. I always find it lovely that BTS makes sure to inspire their listeners and in this song, that inspiration is easily found.
